ONLINE ENROLLMENT

USD 250 requires a Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Proof of Address and a Physical. Custody documentation (if applicable) is also required.

USD 250 no longer uses PowerSchool Enrollment accounts to complete the enrollment process. Parents will need to create a PowerSchool Parent Portal Account to enroll their returning students. Please contact your students school building for assistance on creating your account.

No, but some questions are marked "Required" and must be answered before you can submit your form.

You can make changes before you submit the Re-Enrollment Forms. To make a change, simply navigate back to the previous section.

You cannot make changes after you submit the Re-Enrollment Forms.

To make a change after you submit the forms, you will need to contact your student’s school, and they can make the changes for you.

You will need to complete the enrollment process for each child. This is because you need to provide information that is specific to each child.
